Instructor at the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Hassan Ali Kazem, chaired a committee to discuss a master’s thesis in the College of Law / Al-Mustansiriya University for the student (Sarah Jawad Kazem) tagged with “law applicable to the withdrawn companies – an analytical study.” The application to the acquiring companies, whether in the case of choosing the law applicable by the parties to the contract or in the absence of choice and leaving the choice to the authority of the competent court and the resulting legal effects in both cases. The researcher reached a number of findings and recommendations.
